Picasso in Norwegian concrete - it attracted international attention when it was reported that Picasso had had a finger in the game at the decorative design of the walls of the government building in Oslo. The message was correct in its core, but could be misunderstood. Picasso had not been given any assignments, but had even expressed a desire to experiment with the decorative opportunities in the new concrete technique used in the government building.
