Members of the non-governmental organization and charity Oxfam lampoon the leaders of the G8 countries, (L-R Vladimir Putin of Russia, Gerhard Shroeder of Germany, Tony Blair of Great Britain, George Bush of the US, Jacques Chirac of France, Junichiro Koizumi of Japan, Silvio Berlusconi of Italy, and Jean Chretien of Canada) by staging a "breakfast" where they eat surplus agricultural produce, on the sidelines of the World Trade Organization ministerial meeting in Cancun September 12, 2003.
