A Sudanese prisoners of war, captured by the rebel Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) soldiers in an attack on government troops in the southern town of Kapoeta, winces in pain June 11, 2002. The SPLM have claimed the capture of Kapoeta, in a lightening attack on Sunday, as a major victory, saying it will give them control of strategic border regions to the south and the chance to cut off key government supply lines to the north.
