COLOR STROKES 2 ABSTRACT BRUSHSTROKES, 2022 (Acrylic Mixed Media) As an artist, I find incredible joy and satisfaction in simply layering paint, playing with compositions and color palettes, and creating organic, textural effects - both with the paint and also by allowing the background substrate I paint on to show through. This painting is a celebration of that creative process and was a pleasure to create! It features organic, flowing brushstrokes and a vibrant color gradation from top to bottom, like a softer take on color blocking.
