Light blue headline on a dark blue background on which is given, in white line, the design by Harry Wolf for the stairs and the balconies solution within the gallery of the new wing of University of North Carolina; the arcade belongs to the Building with offices and lecture halls, built in 1979-1982 under the Wolf's draft, and the design shows three different sets of stairs; the first on top, rising steeply with three flights between two balconies, the second one, less steep, in the middle, and the third one on the bottom, descending in three flights rightward and a fourth one turned leftward.
