Alphonse Mascherino bought the small dillapedated church with the idea of making it a non-denomenational place of worship for visitors to the United Flight 93 crash site which is several miles away. After putting months of his own labor and his own money into the project, he's getting help from a local lumber company, which has donated all labor and materials and is trying to finish the project in time for the coming one-year anniversary of the attacks.
