Bobby Engel, 60, known as "Bobby Bible", holds up a wooden cross and his book of doomsday prophecy December 30 while standing on the Mount of Olives overlooking Jerusalem and its walled Old City, including the Temple Mount area with the golden Dome of the Rock. As this millennium comes to a close many Christians firmly believe the judgement day will come on the Mount of Olives as the new millennium begins tomorrow night. Israeli police, who have beefed up security and are on the lookout for apocalyptic Christians during any millennium celebrations, brought "Bobby Bible" in for questioning a short while after this photograph was taken. The police said they thought he was going to commit suicide. Bobby Bible has been preaching since he was 22 years old has lived in Los Angeles, California all his life.
