The winning team of the InTeam Trophy will present itself on 18 November 1999 at the Igeho in Basel with GastroSuisse Vice-Directors Daniel C. Jung (left) and John Wittwer (right). The leading industry association GastroSuisse in Basel has awarded the title "Swiss Gastro-In-Team of the Year" to the Moeve café-restaurant team in Kreuzlingen. The InTeam Trophy was awarded for the first time at the 5th Swiss Gastronomy Symposium, which was held in the Congress Centre of Messe Basel.
