Victorious dog against eagle. For some time now, the villagers of Paliuka (Yugoslavia) were in alarm over the frequent disappearances of poultry and even lambs from their backyards. They set traps, poisoned bites, but in vain. Only the other day the dog of Milorad Aleksic caught the thief in the act, an eagle that, swooping on the courtyard, was preparing to make a slaughter of chickens. The big dog pounced like a fury on the bird of prey biting it around the neck. Attracted by the cries of the wounded eagle, Milorad Aleksic saw that with an ax blows he ended it.
