Turbine power generates most of the world's electricity and English Electric supplied some of the world¿s most powerful steam, gas, oil and nuclear energy projects. Construction of gas tubines require extremely fine tollerances, and the angle of each blade needs to be precise. Any objects caught inside could cause serious damage so special care has to be taken when sealing the unit.
