Thirteen people died and dozens more were feared dead when two buses crashed and plunged into a river in Kenya, possibly because one swerved to avoid a vehicle carrying tourists, police said on Monday. Many of the victims were believed to have been trapped inside the submerged buses following the crash on a bridge over the swirling brown waters of the Sabaki River north of the Indian Ocean town of Malindi.
