Location: Athens, Greece Creator: Ennio Lorenzini Journalistic report on colonels' Greece, American economic penetration, orthodox high clergy, repression and resistance. The film recalls first of all the night of the coup d'état, in April 1967; the arrests of thousands of leaders and militants of democratic parties; the preparation of concentration camps in stadiums and in racecourses. The images then document the double face of the dictatorial regime: on the one hand, military parades and religious ceremonies, on the other, the measures in favor of big business, the suppression of trade union rights, the abolition of taxes that affected high incomes.
