CAMBODIAN KING SAYS NORODOM SIHANOUK IS HELPED DOWN THE STAIRS OF A PLANE IN PHNOM PENH AFTER RETURNING FROM CHINA. The 78-year-old constitutional monarch returned home after two months of medical treatment in China, saying his health was better than before but still deteriorating. Sihanouk - who travels to Beijing several times a year for treatment - stayed on in the Chinese capital for about two weeks longer than originally planned on this trip on the advice of doctors.
