Dutch 500cc rider Juergen van den Goorbergh stunned everybody at the Catalan grand prix on Saturday by putting himself and his MUZ Weber team on pole position for the first time. The Dutchman, who has finished just one race out of five this season when he came 11th in Spain in May, thundered around the 4.727 km Montmelo circuit on the German built bike in one minute 46.076 seconds.
