Musical contest between Pan and the Nymphs: the god, his little horn and goat ear, sits in the middle and lets an animal leather, or nebris, falling from his arm; the god keeps his typical flute, or syrinx, in his right hand, and the pedum, or typical pastoral stick, in his left hand, and turns his head towards the nymph behind him, who is playing the cithara; on the left, two nymphs, one sitting on a stone seat with a flute placed upon her womb, the second one standing up behind her; the background is composed by edifices, rocks and a pine, tree sacred to the god; from Casa di Giasone.
