The document describes the organization of the economic, social and political life of a Mozambican agricultural commune, the difficulties of existence and development of this type of socio-economic structure, the implications of a political and cultural nature that it contains. The masonry houses that the peasants of the agricultural municipalities build for the first time, after thousands of years dominated by the technique of barrel and mud construction, are a testimony of the revolution technical, cultural and social that took place in Mozambique and are a symbol of the commitment with which the country pursues its development.
