Whole artwork view. From an arch structure surmounted by a theatre mask, hangs a green curtain; the wings of the stage opens and discovers a scenography with complex architectures; in the close-up is represented a portal with aedicula and a cassettoni ceiling in perspective, from which hang golden wreaths, that is sustained by pillars with badge with grotesques on a red background; in the upper zone, a broken tympanum under which are placed little statues of pegasi and tritons; over the aedicule dominates a golden architectural structure, composed by two lateral aedicules with a broken tympanum, at whose centre is placed the Delphi's trypod, Apollo's symbol; in the middle, a theatre mask; from Insula Orientalis, Palestra, Ercolano.
