The Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Usti nad Labem, Czech Republic. The church was heavily damaged when the city, formerly in the occupied German Sudetenland, was bombed during WW II by the Allied Forces on April 17th-19th, 1945. The church was renovated on it's original foundation but the foundation was so badly damged that the church tilts.
