"Voyage of Discovery," a yacht which sailed over 22,000 miles from Tower Bridge in London docks at Bangladesh's Chittagong port, its last destination on a five-month trip November 22. Sponsored by the British-American Tobacco company (BAT), which produces "John Player Gold Leaf" cigarettes, the objective of the voyage is to promote BAT products.The 80-foot yacht was greeted by hundreds of anti-smoking campaigners in Chittagong. The yacht is due to leave Chittagong November 27 to make the return voyage to London. A Bangladeshi court has ordered a ban on "John Player Gold Leaf" advertisements in official and private media for a week to protest against the mission of the Voyage of Discovery. AN
