Head of the delegation from Iraq leave the International Committee of the Red Cross head office in Amman January 7, 2003. Iraq held talks on Wednesday for the first time in four years with its Gulf War foes Kuwait and Saudi Arabia on the fate of some 600 people who went missing during the 1990-1991 conflict, officials said. The participants agreed to meet again in Amman in two weeks, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said.
