The advertising consultant and FDP member Ernst Cincera (right) and his lawyer Walter Guex (left) appear before the district court in Zurich on 2 May 1977, where the trial against the members of the Democratic Manifesto, Juerg Frischknecht, Kaspar Streiff and Diether Gruenenfelder takes place. The three members of the Democratic Manifesto had to answer for trespassing and property seizure because they had broken into the Fichen archive of the right-wing bourgeois subversive hunter Cincera on 29 November 1976. 15 years before the affair, this collapse brought the topic of fiches and surveillance to the attention of a broader Swiss public.
