Image description: An action by the Swiss youth to collect money at schools is intended to prevent the area of the Battle of Morgarten near Schornen in the community of Sattel, Canton Schwyz, from being overbuilt. This was decided at the Landsgemeinde der Schweizer Jugend on 21 October 1965. On 13 May 1966, the result of the collection is announced at a celebration at Morgarten. A total of CHF 214,034 was collected. As a representative of the Swiss youth, the school youth of the community Saddle was present at the celebration and sang the song: “We are the young Swiss”.
