Renoir masterpieces used for Japanese exhibition

Earlier this year, Bridgeman Images licensed a range of paintings by French artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir to be used in a Renoir exhibition in Toyko.

The exhibition Renoir, Masterpieces from the Musée d'Orsay and Musée de l'Orangerie was sponsored by Mainichi Broadcasting System Inc and included more than 100 works including sculptures, drawings, pastels, and rare contextual material on the life of Renoir (1841–1919).

Hata Stichting Foundation licensed images to be used for a range of exhibition materials such as the catalogue, postcards, magnets, paper holders, glasses cloth, compact mirrors and paper folders.
