Bridgeman Images is now representing the estate of David Alan Redpath Michie OBE RSA for copyright, reproduction and licensing

David Alan Redpath Michie OBE RSA (1928 - 2015) was a Scottish painter and art teacher, best known for his colourful Expressionist art.

The son of architect Alastair Michie and Scottish painter Anne Redpath, Michie adopted a similar style to that of his mother. His vibrant, colourful works are inspired by the Scottish landscape, everyday objects and travelling around Continental Europe, the United States and Australia.
