A half-length oval portrait of the only daughter of Abraham Payne, of the Leeward Islands, facing, head in profile, wearing a white figured dress with gold stitching and dark green cloak over right shoulder. She married William Woodley on March 30, 1758 and this was painted as a marriage portrait. She was the mother of Frances, Mrs Henry II Bankes. Kingston Lacy Estate, Dorset (Accredited Museum)
