Allegory of the month of May; up in the middle, a big coat of arms of the lineage of Gian Giacomo Trivulzio, the governor of Milan; under the emblem there is the personification of the month of May, represented as a king sitting on a throne and surrounded by farmers harvesting fruits; at his feet there are two boys with a dish of cherries, some tools and a cartouche with an inscription; on the background there are a gazebo in classical style and fruit trees; the whole representation is overlooked by a red sun with a human face on the left angle and the Gemini zodiac sign on the right one.
