At its last meeting on May 18, 1933, the Prussian Landtag, decorated with flowers swastika and black-and-white-red flags, with the Enabling Act voted its de facto dissolution. The picture shows the speech of Prussian Minister President Hermann Goering, behind him on the Presidential Chair the President of the Landtag and Prussian Minister of Justice Hanns Kerrl (NSDAP).
